In this tutorial I’m showing you how to draw ships in a few easy steps. Ship sails in a sea, the world of sea is quite different from land, you just see water until your sight range. We see ships in the sea and we can feel the exited journey we should have it with ship. If you try to draw a ship, you should keep in mind the big body with so many people and sailor on it.
Step1: Ship is used for travelling, it takes people from one place to another. The journeys are long and time taking, it is also used for importing and exporting the item from one place to another. Here in the beginning we are drawing the body of the ship. So draw it as shown in the reference image, then inside mark the curve line to separate it in the upper and lower part. After this draw the portholes which are the windows of the ship.
Step2: If we are travelling from the ship, of course there should be rooms so people can stay there while travelling. These stay rooms are called the accommodation area of the ship. Draw the upper and lower floor as I have highlighted it with red.
Step3:Accomodation areas are used for many facilities, people do their lunch, enjoy watching movies, sit together, there are small hospitals also so they should gain all the opportunities provided by the staff of the ship. The red highlighted area which I have drawn are the windows of the accommodation area.
Step4: Now we are drawing the funnel of the ship. It is the taller part on ship used to exhaust the poisonous gases from ship engines. Draw the two square boxes with lines inside them and then draw the steam in the form of cloud shape. After this draw a sea as I highlighted with red in the bottom part of the ship.
Step5: Here we will fill the color in the ship, so you can choose any color of your choice. Add the background with the ship or draw it inside of any picture and have fun with your explorations.
