In this tutorial I will show you how to draw the post office step by step. Post office is a place where we drop letters, parcels and other necessary items which we want to send to other people. This is the widespread network which operates worldwide. This has been used for delivery purposes also for sending any kind of item far or near it works well.
Step1: You can use the post office drawing in any of your projects and also draw it for fun. In the beginning you just have to draw a rectangular box. The basic shapes help us to develop the complex one so lets proceed further.
Step2: Draw the roof of the post office, for this draw the horizontal straight line on the top of the rectangular box, the line should be little longer then the box. After this draw two diagonal lines moving upward. Then close it with the horizontal straight line as shown in the reference image.
Step3:Draw another horizontal line in the lower part of the post office.
Step4: Now we will draw the rectangular box in which we will write the name of the post office and sketch the image of mail . Draw the image of mail, for this draw a slightly turned small rectangle and then inside of it, draw an upside down triangle and then besides of mail write the post office.
Step5: Draw the windows, which vertical lines are bigger than the horizontal. Place them under the post office sign board. Now draw the gate of the post office, for this draw the rectangle and then the another rectangle inside of it. Then sketch the doors, with the middle line inside of the second rectangle and the door knobs.
Step6: In Front of the post office we are sketching a road, you can also draw greenery, vehicles, or any background which you like to add. For the road as shown in the reference image, draw a rectangle next to the post office. The left side of the rectangle is diagonal, we will draw the post box on the right side of the post office.
Step7: Complete the post box on the right side as shown in the reference image.
Step8: Fill color will give the real charm to your post office. You can further enhance it by adding greenery or other buildings around it. Surely you would like your creations about the art work you finished up with the post office.
